RUBBER FLOORING

Probably the most familiar rubber floor covering is the rubber stud design although a variety of textures and colours are available.

Rubber floors make a beneficial contribution to impact sound reduction. Ideally suited for public, institutional and commercial buildings where ease of maintenance and long life under heavy traffic are required.

Durability and Resiliency

Rubber floors can withstand a high volume of traffic plus they are water resistant so they won’t be damaged by moisture, spills or wet dogs.

The natural elasticity of rubber is what makes these floors so durable and resilient. They are great for absorbing impacts which is why they are popular in gyms and weight rooms.

The ability to absorb impact makes rubber flooring ideal choice for people who are on their feet for long periods.

These floors provide more cushion than other flooring types which improves comfort and reduces injuries and fatigue.

Low Maintenance

Rubber flooring is relatively easy to maintain just vacuum the floor regularly and mop the floor at least once per week using a mixture of water and a mild detergent.

Wipe up spills quickly is also important for protecting rubber floors.

Never use harsh chemicals to clean your rubber floor it will damage the rubber.

Good Slip Resistance

Rubber flooring has excellent slip resistance far exceeding the minimum standard of the “coefficient of friction.”

Rubber Flooring is a great option in commercial settings such as,gyms, Schools, healthcare facilities and they are being used more in the home for laundry rooms, exercise rooms, and anywhere that has a high volume of foot traffic.
